Dr. Tariq Qureishy has spent his career challenging the status quo and being proved right. He held senior leadership roles across Dow Jones Markets, The Times and Sunday Times, and Bloomberg Media, building regional businesses from nothing each time, including launching The Times in the Gulf in 2007 when almost everyone told him print was finished. Now Founder and CEO of the Future Readiness Forum, Xponential Group and MAD Talks, he is a Harvard Business School alumnus with a PhD in AI and global transformation, an advisor to boards and C-suites, and host of the Voices of the Future podcast. His work through Xponential spans future foresight advisory, learning and development, and media. At CODE DXB he takes the Training Live stage on the harder half of workforce readiness: the mindset. Technology is the easy part of transformation, and the difficult part is a workforce that has been trained for a world that no longer exists. He is known for a candid, unfiltered delivery style, which is the right instinct for a format where the audience picks the questions and nobody is protected by a slide.
