CODE DXB is a two-day live AI event in Dubai focused on the workforce and training sectors. It runs across two days: Workforce Live, covering AI in hiring, HR and employee management, and Training Live, covering AI-powered upskilling and reskilling. Every format is interactive, with the audience voting, questioning and competing through the CODE DXB app, alongside a curated exhibition floor.

CODE DXB takes place on 1 and 2 April 2027 at The Agenda, Dubai Media City, Dubai, UAE. Programme hours run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day, with the exhibition floor open from 9:30 AM.

CODE DXB replaces the traditional conference format. There are no slide presentations, no rehearsed panels and no fixed script. Every format is built around audience participation, with live votes, crowd-selected questions and real-time polls determining how each session unfolds.
