Day two puts workforce training on trial. Platforms compete to teach you something in ten minutes. Real employees show the skills AI gave them. Your hardest capability challenges get solved on stage. And the day ends with a live exam, because a training day that can't prove what stuck isn't a training day.

Host introduction

James Taylor
Director of Workforce Transformation, Government Authority
Day two starts with one headline speaker and one question: what happens to a workforce when skills expire faster than contracts? Fifteen minutes, no slides, and the answer unfolds across the day.

Tariq Qureishy
VP Artificial Intelligence, Xponential Group
Two AI training platforms compete to teach the entire room the same skill, ten minutes each. You take part as the learner, live on your phone. When both finish, you vote on which method actually worked, not which looked best, but which one taught you something.

Meet real employees whose careers changed through AI-powered training. They take the stage to demonstrate the skills they've gained, showing where they started and where they are now. Not testimonials on a slide. Real people, real progress, in front of you.

Bring your hardest training and workforce challenges: onboarding at scale, compliance fatigue, leadership pipelines, AI skills gaps. Submit them through the app, the audience votes the most pressing to the top, and a rotating line-up of experts solves the top five live on stage.

Day two has its own unannounced moment. Nobody knows what it is until it happens. Be in the room.

The day ends the way every great training day should: with a test. The whole room takes a live quiz on everything covered across the day, competing on your phones with the leaderboard climbing on the big screen. The winner is crowned on stage. It's the day's own proof that learning happened, and it's the most fun you'll have being examined.
