Natalia Sycheva-Walther helps governments and institutions turn vision into deliverable reform. For more than fifteen years she has worked at the intersection of policy, entrepreneurship and international trade, from building Dubai's startup ecosystem to advising ministries on digital transformation, investment attraction and trade strategy across the Gulf, Africa and the wider Global South. As COO of Integra Seven, which she founded to close the gap between ambition and institutional capacity, her work spans public sector reform, governance architecture, institutional capacity building and sovereign partnerships. She is a Fulbright Fellow and has spoken at GITEX, Prosperity for Africa and on BBC World. At CODE DXB she takes the Workforce Live stage with a perspective most AI conversations skip entirely: what it actually takes to make change stick inside an institution. Her own formula for transformation is vision multiplied by aptitude multiplied by consistency, and when any element is missing, even the best strategy stalls.
